Ingredients: White wheat flour 650 (22.6%), black wheat flour 1350 (22.6%), water, levain 17.7% (water, rye flour 5.7%, selected starter crops), dietary flour- wheat graham (7.8%), corn (4.5%), flax seeds (3.2%), wheat gluten, yeast, barley flakes (1.6%), iodized salt, flower seeds sun (0.65%), wine vinegar, preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid), flour tartar (ascorbic acid, cysteine). Decor: oatmeal (1.4%), sunflower seeds (1.1%). May continue traces of soy and sesame.
