Velrom has over 13 years of experience in the manufacture of bakery products.
With a production capacity of 3,410 tons per month, our company is the second largest producer of packaged bread in Romania.

Our brands are well known and appreciated by both children and adults, being an ideal choice for consistent and filling meals together with the entire family.

• Specialization in the production of bread with levain. 6 tanks of liquid levain (one for each type of levain), dedicated to an 18-hour fermentation process. The products can contain up to 25% levain.
• The freshness of the products. The freshness of our products is maintained until the last day of shelf life.
• Extended shelf life compared to the competition.
• Quality assurance. We measure 10 different characteristics (size, weight, freshness, humidity, color, packaging etc.) to ensure that all products meet the standards.
• Certifications. IFS, ISO (9001, 22000, 14001, 45001), ECO (paine ECO).

Production Capabilities

Velrom factories are specialised in the production of packaged bread with a shelf life between 5 – 21 days.

• The weight of the product can vary between 300g and 800g
• The flour may be white, brown, rye, wheat and mix.
• 6 tanks of liquid levain (one for each type of levain), dedicated to an 18-hour fermentation process. The products can contain up to 25% levain.
• The bread can have various shapes: baguette, oval, round
• Also, the bread decoration may have seeds / cereals, powder (e.g. flour) and may be around the product or just above.
• Types of design: 360-degree rotating cutting system, with different levels of height, which can ensure almost any possible model.
• Shelf life: 5-21 days.
